About the Chef
Chef Donald R. Daly
is well-suited to providing unique dining experiences, having worked in
the culinary field for over 30 years as well as having earned an MA in
History. He has lectured and prepared meals for a number of museums,
historical societies, and organizations including the Essex Institute
of Salem, Massachusetts; House of Seven Gables, Salem, MA; Paul Revere
House, Boston MA; The Beverly Historical Society, Beverly, MA;
Strawberry Banke Historic Neighborhood, Portsmouth, NH; The Handel and
Haydn Society, Boston, MA; and the National Sympony Orchestra's Mozart
Festival.
He is author of Recipes from a 17th Century Kitchen and Recipes
from an 18th Century Kitchen. Chef Daly is currently working on a
19th century cookbook.
Chef Daly is also a member of the International Association of Culinary
Professionals and the Sodexho Chefs' Association of the American
Culinary Federation.
